Shipping Information

When are orders processed?

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Domestic Shipping

Felted sculpture orders will be shipped domestically with tracking information available using USPS First Class Mail Service (7-14 business days) for packages under 1 lb.  Sticker-only orders will be shipped domestically using USPS First Class Mail Service (5-8 business days). No tracking is available for sticker-only orders.

If you are in need of a faster shipping option, please contact me using the "Contact" form and I can list out the other options available. Please be aware that faster shipping is usually a more expensive shipping cost.

International Shipping

Felted sculpture orders will be shipped internationally with tracking information available using USPS First Class Package International Service (7-21 business days depending on customs and distance) for packages under 1 lb.
