About the Artist
Hi, I’m Maggie, the artist behind Miniature Inspirations.
I’ve loved making art for as long as I can remember, from drawing to sculpting, and that passion led me to study Studio Art at the University of Maryland. I started Miniature Inspirations in 2013 as a way to share my work with others and connect with my local community.

My work focuses on needle-felted fiber sculptures inspired by animals, nature, fandoms, and a bit of fantasy. I love working with soft, natural wools and bright, hand-dyed colors to create pieces that feel playful, meaningful, and personal. Whether it’s a felted pet portrait or a tiny creature, I put my whole heart into each of my creations.

When I’m not making art or exhibiting at art shows, I am teach visual art to Kindergarten through Eighth students in Maryland, enjoy petting cats, eating way too much pasta, and finding inspiration in the world around me.
