Frequently Asked Questions

​How do I place an order?


To place an order click on an item listing. If you wish to purchase the item, click the "Add to Cart" button, and the item will be instantly added to your shopping cart.


You can review your shopping cart at any time by simply clicking the shopping cart icon located at the top right corner of the webpage/website header. When you are finished shopping you can click "View Cart" and then "Checkout".


The screen will then guide you through the payment and shipping process and then finalize your order with Miniature Inspirations.


What payment options do you take?


Miniature Inspirations accepts Paypal, Stripe, and most major credit cards. Once at the checkout page you will be prompted to enter your payment preference along with your billing and shipping information. Miniature Inspirations website is protected by SSL secure shopping and all information entered is kept confidental and private.

When will my order be shipped?

Miniature Inspirations will ship your item within 1-2 weeks of your order unless otherwise specified on the listing description. Please estimate about 7-14 days for delivery within the United States. Delivery estimates will be given for orders shipping to outside of the U.S.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?


All felted sculptures are wrapped using colored tissue paper and brown twine. If you are interested in a specific type of gift wrap, please reach out on the "Contact" form.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes I do! Please visit the "Contact" page and submit the form with an idea of what type of custom order you are thinking of. I offer price quotes, estimates, and will work with you personally  to design and make your idea come to life.

Do you offer repairs? 

I do offer free repairs if your sculpture is damaged in the future BUT your sculpture must be at least 75% intact.  If the sculpture has been completely destroyed I cannot offer a full free repair. If you need an item repaired please contact me on the "Contact" page. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the item to me. You can also bring your sculpture (must be 75% intact) to a show or event that I will be at for a free repair with no shipping costs!

Do you sell wholesale?


I am able to offer wholesale prices for bulk orders. Please contact me for more specific information.

Can I have a sculpture for free?

While I appreciate your interest, this is a business and I do not offer free products or free sculptures. Any inquiries requesting free items will not be responded to. 

Can I negotiate a sculpture price or have a discount code?

 My sculpture prices are firm and non-negotiable as each sculpture is handmade by myself and requires expensive materials, time, and effort. I do not offer personalized discount codes, but do run occasional sales! Promotional codes are usually advertised through my mailing list and social media platforms.
