If you have an error with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can correct it. If you would like to exchange an item, please email me through the contact form with "exchange" in the subject line. You must include the reason for exchange and attach any information or pictures that illustrate the issue. Exchanges will be completed within 15 days from when the original order was received by the customer. The customer is responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs.
Refund and Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order I do accept returns and exchanges. If you want to return or exchange an item, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery and the item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once the item is returned the refund will be issued back within 15 days in the form of the original payment method used for the order.
If you place an order by accident please contact me on our "Contact" page as soon as possible. Please include your order number on your email correspondence so I can locate and reference your order. Orders can only be issued a full refund (including shipping cost) if the order is canceled within the processing period. If your order has already shipped, your order cannot be cancelled, but it can be refunded if you return your order (custom is responsible for return shipping charges). Cancellation re-payment will be completed within 30 days from when the order is cancelled.
